Shipping/Returns/Refunds

Shipping:

Most orders are received and processed within 3 business days. Customized orders may take an additional 2 days. Local Delivery/Local Pickup orders are typically ready for pick up within 5-7 business days.  Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order once it is placed. 

Returns:

My ultimate goal is to ensure a satisfactory experience for my customers. You will have 2 business days to contact me by email at hairbyjrena@gmail.com to discuss any issues you may have with your order. Returns will only be allowed if the product is in the same condition as you received it. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Items must be returned within 5 business days to receive a refund or exchange.   

Refunds:

Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be issued back to your original form of payment. If your product was purchased through Sezzle, or any other installment pay option, you will not be able to receive a refund, only an exchange.
